These Terms of Service govern your use of www.robrecio.com (the "Site"), operated by Robert Recio, a licensed Mississippi real estate salesperson (License #S-62221) affiliated with Real Broker, LLC. By using the Site or submitting a form on it, you agree to these terms.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for general information about Mississippi Gulf Coast real estate and to let you get in touch with me. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, scrape it, or submit false information through its forms.
Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile number and checking the text-message consent box on a form on this Site, you agree to receive text messages from Robert Recio regarding real estate services, property inquiries, scheduling, and related communications.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to submit a form, receive information, or work with me.
- Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and our ongoing conversation.
- Message and data rates may apply. Charges are set by your mobile carrier, not by me.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages.

No agency relationship until agreed in writing
Contacting me through the Site, or receiving information from me, does not by itself create a brokerage or agency relationship. A representation agreement is established only in a signed written agreement, as required by Mississippi law and Real Broker, LLC.

Listing details, market figures, guides, and area information on the Site are gathered from sources believed reliable but are not guaranteed accurate and are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
