This Privacy Policy explains how Robert Recio, a licensed Mississippi real estate salesperson (License #S-62221) affiliated with Real Broker, LLC, collects, uses, and protects information you provide through www.robrecio.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

Information I collect

You choose what to share. Depending on how you use the Site, that may include:

Contact information you submit through a form — your name, email address, and, if you choose to provide it, your phone number.
Details about your real estate needs — anything you type into a message field, such as the area you're interested in, your timeline, or your budget.
Consent records — whether you checked the consent boxes on a form, the exact disclosure text shown to you, and the date and time you submitted it.
Basic technical data — IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected automatically by the Site's hosting provider for security and performance.

Providing a phone number is optional. You can submit any form on this Site without one, and without checking any consent box.

How I use your information

To respond to your inquiry and provide real estate services you've asked about.
To send you property information, market updates, and scheduling messages you've requested.
To keep records required by Mississippi real estate law and my brokerage.
To maintain and secure the Site.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and check the text-message consent box on a form on this Site, you are giving express written consent to receive text messages from Robert Recio regarding real estate services, property inquiries, scheduling, and related communications.

Consent is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is not required to submit a form or to work with me.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and our ongoing conversation.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opting out. Users can opt out by replying STOP to any text message you receive from me. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. You may also reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact me at (228) 325-1502 or rob@robrecio.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your mobile number and your text-messaging consent are used only to communicate with you directly. They are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

How information is shared

I do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared only in these limited circumstances:

Service providers who operate this Site and my customer relationship management (CRM) system on my behalf, and who are permitted to use the information only to provide those services to me. As stated above, this expressly excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent, which are not shared with any third parties.
My brokerage, Real Broker, LLC, where required for a transaction or by law.
Legal requirements — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of others.

Cookies and analytics

I keep information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and brokerage record-keeping obligations, then dispose of it securely. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of text messages.
Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to opt out of email.
Email rob@robrecio.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information I hold about you.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date.
